MPH Northwest Ltd is the controller responsible for the personal information described in this notice. We provide mobile vehicle servicing, repairs, specialist diagnostics, software services and technical support to private customers and automotive businesses.

- Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 services used for website, email and business administration.

- Parts suppliers or specialist service providers where necessary to fulfil requested work.
- Government bodies, regulators, law enforcement or courts where legally required.
- Cloudflare, which provides Turnstile security verification to help protect our forms against automated submissions and abuse.
Service providers may process information only for the relevant service and subject to appropriate contractual and security requirements.
International processing
Some technology providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this occurs, we use providers offering appropriate safeguards intended to protect personal information in accordance with applicable data-protection law.
How long we keep information
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected:
- General enquiries that do not result in work are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last contact.
- Unsuccessful trade applications are normally retained for up to 12 months.
- Customer, transaction and accounting records may be retained for up to six years after the relevant transaction or business relationship.

Website security and cookies
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish genuine visitors from automated form submissions and protect our website and email systems against abuse. Turnstile may process limited browser, device and network information required to perform this security check. It does not receive the information entered into our enquiry forms.
We use this service on the basis of our legitimate interests in maintaining the security and availability of our website. Further information is available in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
We will update this notice and provide appropriate controls before introducing non-essential analytics, advertising or other technologies that store or access information on a visitor’s device.
